A chopped turnip salad is the size of a snack, but a light snack. It is filled with small bites of apples, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, boiled eggs and manchigo cheese, then tossed with smoked sweet pepper sauce.

What does a girl do when she has a surplus of boiled eggs after Easter in her fridge and does not have much egg power in her heart ?!

This (a lot no egg) salad. And that's what.

Especially when the girl mentioned also has two days of Easter sweets in her stomach.

For a self-styled atheist, this represents a whole lot of Easter anything.

But often it contains a lot of sugar, so salads are a necessity at this point. But I can get it.

I imagine many of you are in an existential sugar / egg coma crisis after the holiday as well, so I will recommend a small "cleansing" of power a day that includes this bad boy so we can go back to our old lives ourselves again.

It is full of small bits of fresh and vibrant flavor coming from cucumbers, apples, cherry tomatoes, and of course the front and middle children's greens (turnip, spinach, obvs). Manchego is added to the mix because it's just the perfect salad cheese as it blends nicely with many veggie flavors and it's so good that it makes every virtuous bite worth it. And eggs are there for protein as much as needed to clean our refrigerators - multiple tasks at their best.

Despite everything it looks like, the bandage is what really makes it sticky. He is smoker, sweet and nut at the same time. Of all the pecans and olive oil, it can become somewhat thick if left in the refrigerator for long periods of time, so be sure to heat it up a little before serving if you find this to be the case with your condition. Otherwise, the turnip stands very well to be left, dressed, in the refrigerator for a few days. Because of this, you can throw it together in advance and eat it at lunch all week long.
