Tzatziki Avocado Salmon Rolls is a sushi roll dish that combines the flavors of smoked salmon, avocado, and tzatziki sauce. It is made by layering the ingredients onto a sheet of nori seaweed, spreading cooked sushi rice over it, then rolling it tightly and slicing it into bite-size pieces. The tzatziki sauce gives the dish a cool, creamy, and tangy flavor, while the avocado adds a smooth texture and healthy fats. Tzatziki Avocado Salmon Rolls Recipe:


Ingredients:


  1. 4 oz. smoked salmon
  2. 1 avocado
  3. 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  4. 4 sheets of nori seaweed
  5. 1/2 cup cooked sushi rice

Instructions:


  1. Begin by laying out a sheet of nori seaweed on a flat surface.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving about 1/4 inch border at the top.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin strips.
  4. Place the avocado strips and 2 oz. of smoked salmon on top of the rice, leaving about 1/2 inch border at the bottom.
  5. Spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over the avocado and salmon.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the border of rice at the bottom to seal the roll.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more rolls.
  8. Slice each roll into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
