TZATZIKI AVOCADO SALMON ROLLS
Tzatziki Avocado Salmon Rolls is a sushi roll dish that combines the flavors of smoked salmon, avocado, and tzatziki sauce. Tzatziki Avocado Salmon Rolls Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 1/2 cup cooked sushi rice
Instructions:
- Begin by laying out a sheet of nori seaweed on a flat surface.
- Spread 1/4 cup of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving about 1/4 inch border at the top.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin strips.
- Place the avocado strips and 2 oz. of smoked salmon on top of the rice, leaving about 1/2 inch border at the bottom.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over the avocado and salmon.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the border of rice at the bottom to seal the roll.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more rolls.
- Slice each roll into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
