Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread Meatball Sandwiches sound delicious! Here is a simple recipe you can try:
Ingredients:
1 loaf of crusty bread (such as a sourdough)
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb meatballs, cooked and sliced
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut the loaf of bread into 1-inch slices, but not all the way through, leaving the bottom intact to create a pull-apart loaf.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, mayonnaise, garlic, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the cheese mixture in between the slices of bread, making sure to get some in between each slice.
Place the meatballs on top of the cheese mixture.
Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
