Here's a recipe for a chicken egg sandwich:
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 egg
1 small chicken breast, cooked and sliced
1 slice of cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
In a bowl, beat the egg and add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a non-stick pan with butter or oil over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set, flipping once.
Place the cooked chicken breast on the pan to warm it up.
Place the cooked egg on top of the mayonnaise.
Add the warm chicken slices on top of the egg.
Place a slice of cheese on top of the chicken.
Cover the sandwich with the second slice of toasted bread.
Serve and enjoy!
Optional additions:
Avocado slices
Lettuce or spinach
Sliced tomato
Mustard or other condiments of your choice.
