Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • Butter for basting

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Cover and marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and place them on a baking tray. Brush with butter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and slightly charred.
