Here's a recipe for Mango Panna Cotta that you can try at home:
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1 cup mango puree
Fresh mango pieces for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
In a small bowl, mix the water and unflavored gelatin. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften the gelatin.
Pour the gelatin mixture into the saucepan and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the mango puree to the saucepan and stir until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into ramekins or serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the panna cotta has set.
Once set, remove the ramekins from the refrigerator and run a knife around the edge of each ramekin to loosen the panna cotta.
Invert the ramekins onto serving plates or glasses and garnish with fresh mango pieces, if desired.
Enjoy your delicious Mango Panna Cotta
