Ingredients:
1 kg mutton chops
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons red chili powder
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Lemon wedges, for serving
Coriander leaves, chopped for garnishing
Instructions:
Clean and wash the mutton chops thoroughly. Pat dry with a paper towel and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, and salt. Mix everything well.
Add the mutton chops to the yogurt mixture and mix well, making sure that all chops are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
