Ingredients:


4-5 medium-sized potatoes

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges (leave the skin on for added texture and nutrition).
