• 150 grams. of butter

• 275 grams. of sugar

• 3 eggs

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

• 220 gr of common flour

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• Salt, a pinch

• 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa

• 250 cc's of milk

• 400 grams. of whipped cream

• 200 grams. of cherries

• 350 grams. covered in chocolate

• Sprinkle sugar to sprinkle

●π™‹π™§π™šπ™₯π™–π™§π™–π™©π™žπ™€π™£ :

1. Place butter in blender at room temperature, add sugar and beat with spatula, add eggs one by one and perfume with essence. Add the previously sifted flour with salt, baking soda and cocoa by tablespoons, alternating with milk, as it continues to beat at minimum speed, preparation should be somewhat fluid.

2. Also, form the base of an 18 to 20cm mold. diameter with butter foiled paper. Pour half of the mixture and cook in a medium oven for 25 minutes, check if cooked and thaw. Cook the rest of the preparation in the same mold, in the same way. Let it cool down.

3. To assemble the cake, cover one of the layers of the cake with half of the whipped cream and, fill with the cherries, place the other layer on top and spread the surface with the rest of the cream. Finally, cover with chocolate rolls and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
