Ingredients
Uncheck All Crust:
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1 teaspoon sugar
Filling:
16 ounces room temperature cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 quart sour cream
5 large room temperature eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 quart heavy cream
Suggestions for serving: fresh or marinated berries, or raspberry sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and place a rack in the center.
To make the crust, follow these steps: In a small mixing bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened. The crumb mixture should be pressed into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake the crust for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Place the pan on a cooling rack to cool.
