Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 cup crushed pecans
12 small paper cupcake liners
1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup honey
Fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish
A drizzle of chocolate syrup
Directions:
Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter with honey until smooth.
Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture into each liner, followed by a layer of banana slices.
Pour melted chocolate mixed with heavy cream over the banana layer until just covered.
Sprinkle crushed pecans on top.
