Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Arrange the pineapple slices in a single layer on the graham cracker crust.
Divide the dough into two separate bowls. Add orange food coloring to one bowl and yellow food coloring to the other, if desired.
Pour the yellow paste over the pineapple slices, then pour the orange paste on top. Use a knife to run the two beaters together for a marbled effect.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, garnish with pineapple slices, orange slices, whipped cream and mint leaves.
