๐‘ฐ๐’๐’ˆ๐’“๐’†๐’…๐’Š๐’†๐’๐’•๐’”:

- 2 lbs large shrimp, shell-on

- 2 lbs snow crab legs (or king crab legs)

- 1 lb crawfish (optional)

- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves

- 1 lb baby potatoes

- 1 lemon, quartered

- 1 large onion, quartered

- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed

- 3-4 bay leaves

- ½ cup Cajun seasoning (plus more for sprinkling)

- ¼ cup Old Bay seasoning

- 1 tbsp smoked paprika

- 1 tbsp garlic powder

- 1 tbsp onion powder

- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

๐‘ซ๐’Š๐’“๐’†๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’๐’”:

1. Prepare the Pot:

Fill a large stockpot with water, leaving enough space at the top to add the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat.

2. Add Seasonings:

Once the water is boiling, add the Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, quartered lemon, onion, and smashed garlic. Stir well to combine.

3. Cook the Potatoes and Corn:

Add the baby potatoes to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the corn halves and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Add the Sausage and Seafood:

Stir in the sliced sausage and crab legs. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the shrimp and crawfish (if using). Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the seafood is cooked through.

5. Make the Cajun Butter:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in an additional 2-3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning and mix well. Keep warm.

6. Drain and Serve:

Carefully drain the seafood boil, discarding the bay leaves and any large pieces of lemon or onion. Spread the seafood, sausage, potatoes, and corn on a large platter or newspaper-lined table.

7. Drizzle with Cajun Butter:

Drizzle the melted Cajun butter over the seafood boil. Sprinkle with extra Cajun seasoning if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley.

8. Enjoy:

Serve this Cajun seafood boil with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, and plenty of napkins. Dig in with your hands and enjoy the vibrant flavors of this Southern feast!
