Ingredients:
🥩 4-6 small filet mignon medallions
🍤 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🍋 Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
1. 🥩 Season Steaks: Season the filet medallions with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. 🔥 Sear the Steaks: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add the steaks and cook 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
3. 🍤 Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add another tbsp of butter and garlic. Sauté the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. 🌿 Garnish and Serve: Place the steaks and shrimp on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
