Baked Sausage, Mushrooms, and Potatoes 🍄🥔


This cozy and hearty dish is perfect for a simple yet flavorful dinner. Juicy sausages, tender potatoes, and savory mushrooms all baked to perfection!

Ingredients:

1 lb pork or beef sausages (slightly browned)

4 medium potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the sausages, potatoes, mushrooms, onion, and minced garlic.

3. Season:

Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

4. Bake:

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 50 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking. The potatoes should be tender, and the sausage fully cooked.

5. Serve:

Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Yumy!
