These Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are the perfect indulgence! Rich, flavorful, and easy to make – your new favorite seafood dish awaits.
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use kitchen shears to cut down the top shell of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull the meat out of the shell and let it rest on top.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet. Generously brush them with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
Bake the lobster tails for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
Drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the cooked lobster tails and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
