Grilled Chicken Wrap with Fries and Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Wrap:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

4 wraps (or pita bread)

Lettuce leaves

1 tomato, diced

1 cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)

4 tbsp mayonnaise or garlic sauce

1 tbsp mustard (optional)

For the Fries:

3 large potatoes, cut into strips

Salt to taste

2 cups of vegetable oil for frying

Optional: paprika or garlic powder for seasoning

For the Dipping Sauce:

4 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp mayonnaise

Optional: a dash of hot sauce or chili powder for spice

---

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.

2. Prepare the Fries:

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Once the oil is hot, fry the potato strips until golden and crispy.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and optional paprika or garlic powder.

3. Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a wrap on a flat surface and spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise or garlic sauce in the center.

Add a few lettuce leaves, diced tomatoes, and sliced cucumber (if using).

Place a portion of the grilled chicken strips on top of the vegetables.

Roll the wrap tightly and, if desired, grill it briefly to create grill marks.

4. Make the Dipping Sauce:

Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add hot sauce or chili powder for a spicy kick if desired.

5. Serve:

Serve the grilled chicken wraps with a side of fries and the dipping sauce.
