Ingredients:
8 large eggs
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or oil for greasing muffin tin
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions (if using) to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
