Ingredients 🛒

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 onion, chopped

1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks, drained

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 cups cooked rice

Instructions 👩‍🍳

Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Onion: Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add Pineapple: Stir in the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Combine: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
